It adds a skill that can process the report from qe-on-duty-reporter python app.

It can act in different categories (failed runs, cves, PR reviews).

It requires a report (tries to find a report in this repo and folder location for reporter.) or it can be passed as parameter.
It will also need to have user imported skills from podman-desktop which perform the analysis, opens issues, etc. It can ask user to perform a fix, but it requires given repo to be cloned and patch provided there.

It can perform multiple operation at once if needed.
